Reentry Privacy Policy
Reentry helps you take one small step when you feel stuck. We collect only what we need to provide the app.
1. Account & content
When you sign in, we store your tasks, first-steps, re-entry sessions, and streak so they sync across your devices. This data is private to your account and protected by row-level security. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
2. AI assistance
If you enable AI, the text you write is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) through our secure server, only to generate your first step. It is never used to train models and is never shared with anyone else. You can turn AI off at any time in Settings. We do not send your name or email to the AI provider.
3. No tracking
Reentry does not collect advertising identifiers, does not run third-party tracking or analytics SDKs, and does not sell your data.
4. Data storage & security
Your account data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) using encrypted transport (TLS/SSL) and row-level security so that each account can only access its own data.
5. Data retention & deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your tasks, first-steps, re-entry sessions, and streak, and cannot be undone.
6. Children’s privacy
Reentry is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Third-party services
- Supabase — authentication and data storage
- OpenAI — AI first-step generation (only when AI is enabled)
- RevenueCat / Apple App Store — subscription management
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you within the app. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
