1. Is Reentry for treating ADHD or mental health?
No. Reentry is a productivity tool that helps you start small tasks. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you're in distress, please contact a qualified professional or local support service.
2. How are AI first-steps counted?
The free tier gives a few AI breakdowns per day; Reentry Pro unlocks unlimited. The ritual, inbox, timer, streak, and history are free and unlimited.
3. What happens to the text I dump?
Only when you enable AI is the text you write sent — via our secure server — to our AI provider (OpenAI), solely to generate your first step. It is never used to train models and never shared with anyone else. You can turn AI off anytime in Settings.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Pro stays usable until then.
5. Can I request a refund?
iOS refunds are filed at reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor Apple's refund rules and do not double-charge.
6. How do I delete my account?
In-app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your tasks, first-steps, rituals, and streak, and cannot be undone.
